The Impact of Kerala Yoga Shala on My Yoga Practice
Before attending Kerala Yoga Shala, my yoga practice was primarily physical. The comprehensive Yoga Teacher Training Course transformed my approach to yoga, incorporating the mental and spiritual aspects. The in-depth study of asanas, pranayama, and meditation, along with the philosophical teachings, has greatly enriched my practice. I now approach yoga with a holistic perspective, thanks to my yoga teacher training at Kerala Yoga Shala.
